This is our returns policy page. We understand that sometimes mistakes can happen, whether on our part or by the customer. In such rare instances, we encourage you to get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can swiftly resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Customised Umbrellas Returns & Refund Policy

Bespoke, customised or personalised goods are not subject to our returns policy and will only be refunded or exchanged if faulty within 30 days from date of purchase. Please take care to check your personalisation before submitting/ordering and any proofs sent by us (Drysdale Umbrellas) which have been confirmed by you the customer. If there is a misspelling or error in the customisation process due to a mistake by us (Drysdale Umbrellas) you will be entitled to a refund or replacement.

Damaged Products

Please notify us as soon as possible of any transport damage or quality issues with the delivered product and/or packaging. Our customer service will inform you about the procedure to follow. Please do not return the product without prior consultation.
